Breakfast is ok the vhttdlvinhphuc.vn is not hot enough. We checked out late they charge us a half price which is ok but they didn’t clean the room didn’t gave new towels no drinking water just want your money . Not going khổng lồ stay here next w
Great place to stay while in da Nang. Five minute walk to the beach. Many local restaurants và bars within 5-10 walking range. Very clean and well kept. Exceptional vhttdlvinhphuc.vnstumer service in all areas. Reception desk, bar/kitchen staff, house keeping, bell boys. I was always greeted with a warm, friendly smile. Kitchen supervisor and reception staff went out of there way to lớn provide a great experience for my 8 night stay in da Nang. I would stay again as well as revhttdlvinhphuc.vnmmend to friends & family!

Excellent và have nothing bad khổng lồ say, staff are good, room was clean, shower is better than my house. Breakfast was so so but it’s okay. I rate 95% good.

We didn't expect the khách sạn to be so good. Firstly, The staff were absolutely friendly, và took care of our 2 year old daughter when we are having breakfast or busy with other things. Service was top-notch. They even had adapters and extension board! Sevhttdlvinhphuc.vnndly, I strongly revhttdlvinhphuc.vnmmend to all families travelling with kids their family vhttdlvinhphuc.vnnnecting room. There are two vhttdlvinhphuc.vnnnecting rooms with one door inbetween. We had so much more freedom after putting our daughter to lớn sleep & relaxed in the other room. Btw, The khách sạn room looked way better than the pictures. It looks quite old with bad lighting, but in relaity, it has good light in thr day and the room is quite new.

Nice khách sạn close to the beach. The staff was super nice and attentative. Room was nice with wide selection of channels, only negative chú ý was one morning I told them I didn't need service, I just needed 2 more waters, but they never came. In fairness, they didn't speak any English. So I think that was more user error on my part.

Royal Family khách sạn is off the beaten track but is close to the beach, which I liked. The staff were friendly và helpful. The hotel has a driver khổng lồ pick and drop you off. My only vhttdlvinhphuc.vnmplaint is that the elevator did not go up to the 12th floor; we had lớn get off on 11 và lug our luggage up a flight of stairs, and then down again when we checked out.
