We stayed at the khách sạn for two nights. It is a real boutique hotel - with the standard of 5 stars. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The location of the khách sạn is perfect. The breakfast was splendid. I recommend this placeTomasz - French architect in Shenzhen/China

We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we come back lớn Hanoi! Besides the clean & stylish Hotel, the staff was so warm, friendly, and welcoming! We felt so cared for! We have been traveling lớn a few countries và cities the previous weeks và this was by far the best service. In addition, our flight was at 10 pm. The staff took care of our luggage and offered a room for us in the evening to take a shower before flying out! We love this place!

We stayed for 12 nights.It was in any aspects a GREAT EXPERIENCEHotel surpassed their own booking description,- not often experienced. This wonderful boutique khách sạn is part of a newer chain (OHG group) with several small hotels around center of Hanoi.We choose this hotel as being part of the well respected chain, because of the location and the swimming pool.We have certainly not been disappointed.Rooms are new, well designed và clean as a whistle – everyday.Amenities, mini bar, AC are top. WIFI is đứng top of the range all over the hotel. Suitable for business.The location is excellent as it lies between the Old Quarters and the French Quarters at a street that is not a main artery và with noise cấp độ low in comparison with other locations. It is only 200 m´s from the “Train Café” area which we visited many times - it is fascinating. In the room the windows/balcony doors are high-end thermos so sound insulation is perfect.So this & the best bed we have had for a long time in hotels has given us best sleeping possible away from trang chủ Language skills in staff are good và clearly above norms.Reception staff is very good & unusually helpful in a shy và modest way. But they are good!Service in any function is simply outstanding. It is truly kind. Anybody follows up after a request has been executed. We were guided to a tailor & the advice turned up to be crystal The concierge staff got us a good offer on a high quality 2 night cruise in the Ha Long bay. Price was better than others we had checked for a similar comfort even being an OHG company. & everything surpassed our expectationsSame happened with a 4 hour morning Vespa trip around Hanoi and a day trip lớn Tam Coc valley/caves.They are skilled.We looked specifically for a pool in a boutique hotel in OHG but could not find one & therefore settled for this hotel. The pool is good, clean và well serviced with good beds. Being a boutique hotel it is not the longest we have enjoyed but there were cleverly installed an “automatic current” that matched your swimming so you can absolutely get the pulse up & your muscles thoroughly exercised. We enjoyed it as well as the GYM.Breakfast in the khách sạn basement restaurant Jasmine was VERY good. Large variety, high chất lượng and very good service. Thank You for a wonderful stay!
