The room is very clean and has beautiful view. All staffs và room service are very nice & helpful. My room is included breakfast. Food is good too.
Very quiet in hotel due khổng lồ covid. Room had fantastic views và was very comfortable. Staff were really friendly và helpful. Breakfast was limited but due khổng lồ covid understandable. General area has a lot of construction going on và you need transport khổng lồ get khổng lồ centre.
The views from the Ocean View rooms are amazing. I can't think of a place in the US where you wouldn't pay at least 10 times as much for a room & view like this. After an early dinner our first night we just spent the evening sitting in our room và staring at và listening to lớn the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly và helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive. If I ever come back to lớn Nha Trang I will definetly stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay here upgraded me at checkin to a massive room with spa chăm sóc sức khỏe và làm đẹp and fantastic sea view on the 17th floor . Reception staff were extremely helpful when i required assistance with a forward booking and taxi etc . Not a lot of English spoken in this area so was good to have some help a few staff had attitude . But overall a well run hotel reasonably priced .

It was good but elevators were very slow and not very close to lớn beach. There was a beach in front but rocky, but overall good value for sea view.
This was my favourite place to stay it was nice and quiet we stayed in the executive suite which was stunning. The staff were very helpful and booked the best tours for us. The hotel was very clean.

Too many rude mainland Chinese.They are loud, rude, waste food at the morning breakfast buffet.Never seen anything like it!!!
The hotel should be rated 3 stars or below. The room itself is reasonable form size and have great ocean view (we stayed in room 1505, on the ocean view side), however bathroom is no good as the water leak khổng lồ the floor while you have shower inside the bath tub. I did advise the reception of the problem at checkout. The hotel are fully occupied by Chinese tourist who are very noisy và jump the queue whenever they can. The yangbay restaurant (we we had breakfast) is not clean, has worse decoration, foods varieties are average, staffs did not bother to lớn clean up used table. However, the service staff at the reception are very nice và friendly. The khách sạn is very far from thành phố centre, but there are local coffe and convenience store nearby.
