Before I make the reservation for my trip.I Did mention twices the room air-con got problem. This trip air-con no problem but I was kiểm tra in to lớn a room which your staff are still repairing the bath tap. A room should be checked và is ready for the guest to check in especially when a confirmed reservation. I understand that your hotel had upgraded from 2 to 3 stars. Your front desk staff offered to lớn change my room the next day but I turned down the offered due khổng lồ inconvenience. Hope the next trip there is improvement.
