Very nice location, in the center of Hanoi. The room was clean but quite small. The only downside was the noise coming from the stairs. The hostess was very friendly.

The location is great. We enjoyed our stay very much as the room was clean and comfortable and everything worked perfectly fine. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Love it.
We had an absolutely lovely night at golden rooster, when we arrived, they gave us a map and recommendations list including restaurants and street food, which were perfect for a first visit to Hanoi. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made genuine efforts to chat to us which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was buffet style plus the ability to order something from the a la carte menu eg; omelette, pancakes, noodles. Would highly recommend.
The Golden Rooster is the perfect base for exploring the old quarter of Hanoi. We had such a great experience with the staff, Emma and Noah went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. So much personal care and kindness and we are so grateful for them. Breakfast, room and location are all great. Thankyou again!
