How to lớn check-in online

Passengers with valid tickets và confirmed seats can check-in their flights by accessing Check-in section on Vietnam Airlines’ website or mobile app. The check-in steps are as follows:

Step 1: Enter required information including: Booking reference or frequent flyer thẻ number or e-ticket number; Passenger"s last name; Departure city. Passengers check-in online for their flights from 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Customers should kiểm tra in at the operator"s counter if they purchase tickets under code-share agreement between Vietnam Airlines & another carrier, in which the other carrier operates the flight. Passengers should carefully review the information on their tickets and the operator"s website to determine the precise opening and closing time of the check-in counters.
