Receptionist at the lobby is lacking of professional.Services poorly I am not coming back.They changed my booking
It is really good hotel, if you would like to get a good rest with your family!We will come back to the same hotel for sure!
The hotel was nice enough with large rooms with balcony. The place was very clean. No one in the building: reception or breakfast area would look at you and say hi! How are you? Did you like your breakfast? They would want your voucher that was it. They even told me at the reception that if I’ve had changed my check in date before the no charge cancellation I could not be reimbursed because it was not a cancellation. Meaning that I would be reimbursed if I’ve cancelled the whole stay but not for changing my kiểm tra in day by one day.

The place is really nice but the mạng internet connection there wasn’t good. It’s very slow and even with full signal, you can’t access the internet

Location, staff and facilities are excellent. Prices from pool bar, restaurant, laundry services are very, very reasonable. Service of a 5 Star hotel.
Nice enough but lacked a beach resort vibe. Decent breakfast và swim up bar. The hallway constantly smelled like a bathroom.

Easy lớn visit the various beaches from here. Rented a scooter & enjoyed our stay. Beach near the hotel was virtually gone but easy lớn get khổng lồ other beaches.

I booked this resort base on some nhận xét and also pictures of the resort. This is a fairly new resorts that can be easily outperform some 4 Stars' in the area if it was managed properly. However, these are the issues that I found while staying there last week.A/C in the room - noisy and not even cold. I was sweating the whole time inside.Water pressure - water pressure for the shower is horrible. I couldn't even wash my hair! I finally gave up và went khổng lồ one of the salon làm tóc on the street.Staffs- No staffs are smiling! They all sported a blank look & walked the other way when they see guests.Breakfast - foods are horrible! I mean, why would anyone pan fried bacons inside the eating area which does not have any A/C or ventilation fan?Overall, I will not stay or recommend anyone khổng lồ stay at this place until all of the above were fixed. The only good thing about this place is a nice pool & decent beach. Other than that, go elsewhere.
